JeffBet casino welcome bonus

JeffBet Casino, Sportsbook and Bingo Under One Login

JeffBet runs casino games, sports betting and bingo from one account under Gambling Commission account 39335, which belongs to ProgressPlay Limited. Bingo joined that licence last, on 23 August 2024.

Each product has its own welcome deal, and one clause ties them together: a withdrawal request voids every active or pending bonus. Trustpilot scored the brand 1.2 out of 5 from 267 reviews on 5 November 2026, and the recent complaints centre on payouts left pending.

Is JeffBet Licensed by the Gambling Commission?

Yes, through ProgressPlay Limited, the company that holds the Gambling Commission licence JeffBet trades under. The Gambling Commission public register shows account 39335 with remote licence 039335-R-319313-021 and three active activities on 5 November 2026:

  • Casino. Remote casino has been on the licence since 1 November 2014, years before the brand existed.
  • Betting. General betting on real events was added on 17 December 2018 and covers the sportsbook.
  • Bingo. Remote bingo is the newest activity, active since 23 August 2024, about two years after launch.

ProgressPlay Limited is incorporated in Malta under company number C 58305 and also holds Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/231/2012, the site footer states. Its head office on the register is in Limassol, Cyprus. Yogonet reported the brand's launch on 26 April 2022, built on ProgressPlay's own casino and sportsbook platform. That same register entry also records one regulatory action against the licence holder.

ProgressPlay's £1 Million Sanction in 2025

£1,000,000 is the financial penalty the Gambling Commission imposed on ProgressPlay Limited, with a decision date of 9 May 2025 on the register's actions page. The Commission found breaches of anti-money laundering licence conditions 12.1.1 and 12.1.2. It also found failures under four paragraphs of Social Responsibility Code Provision 3.4.3, the rule on customer interaction. ProgressPlay received a formal warning as well, plus a new licence condition: a third-party audit of its anti-money laundering and safer gambling controls within six months.

The register does not say which brands the failures involved. A sanction on the licence holder reaches every brand it runs, so any tightening of checks after the audit applies to the whole JeffBet account, whichever product the money came from. Keep a recent payslip or bank statement to hand before asking for a large withdrawal.

What a Single JeffBet Account Includes

One login opens the casino, the sportsbook and the bingo lobby, because all three run under the same ProgressPlay licence. TopEndSports describes a single JeffBet wallet across sport, casino and bingo. The offer page itself says nothing about how balances move between products, and Gambling.com tells new bettors to deposit through the sports cashier, so check the cashier screen before assuming one balance pays for everything.

The account-wide rules are clearer, and they sit in the offer terms on jeffbet.com:

  • Withdrawals. "Withdrawal requests void all active/pending bonuses" appears under the casino, sports and bingo offers alike, so cashing out a winning bet can cancel a casino bonus still being wagered.
  • E-wallets. "Excluded Skrill and Neteller deposits" also appears under all three offers, so a first deposit by either wallet earns no welcome bonus anywhere in the account.
  • Mixed products. From 19 January 2026 the regulator has outlawed promotions that combine gambling types, so no sports bet at JeffBet can earn casino spins and no slot session can earn a free bet.

The casino is the only product with a published catalogue size. Sportsboom counted about 2,800 games in its feature panel and "over 3,000" in its text, from more than 90 developers including Evolution, Playtech, NetEnt and Play'n GO, on a page updated on 13 March 2026. No source checked for this page gives a bingo room count, and the offer page names no bingo provider.

There is no native iOS or Android app, according to both Gambling.com and TopEndSports, so all three products run in the mobile browser from the same login. The three welcome offers, by contrast, stay strictly apart.

JeffBet Welcome Offers for Casino, Sports and Bingo

Three welcome offers appeared on jeffbet.com on 5 November 2026, one per product, each with its own wagering rule:

Offer

Headline and main terms on the offer page

Wagering

Casino

100% up to £100 plus 50 free spins on Rainbow Riches Megaways, bonus valid for 30 days, spin winnings for 7 days

10x or 35x, as two terms blocks disagree

Sports

bet £10 and get £30 in free bets at minimum odds of 1.5, with the free bet stake not returned

1x the winnings within 7 days, £200 cap

Bingo

"Deposit £10 And Get £20" under a match deposit label, valid for 30 days

2x the bonus on bingo games only

The casino terms contradict themselves. One block asks you to "10x wager the bonus money within 30 days" and caps conversion at "1 time the bonus amount", or £500 from the spins. A second block on the same page still asks for 35x and allows three times the bonus. Only the first fits UK rules, because British operators have been allowed no more than ten times the bonus since 19 January 2026. Sportsboom, last updated in March 2026, still quotes 35x. Treat 10x as the working figure and get live chat to confirm it before you deposit.

The bingo headline leaves one number open. "Deposit £10 And Get £20" can mean a £10 bonus on top of the deposit or a £20 bonus on its own, and the terms only add "Max conversion: 3 times the bonus amount". The figures below work through both readings.

What Each JeffBet Welcome Offer Is Worth in Pounds

About £11 to £56 is the expected value left from the JeffBet casino bonus on deposits of £20 to £100, assuming the 10x terms and a slot that returns 96%. These are averages for a player who wagers the bonus in full. Single sessions swing far wider, and every example rate is stated so you can redo the sums with your own numbers.

Casino bonus at £20, £50 and £100

Wagering counts "bonus bets only", and the examples assume your own deposit is played through once before bonus bets begin. At a 4% house edge, the example used here, every £100 staked costs £4 on average. The UK slot limit of £5 a spin for players aged 25 and over, or £2 for those aged 18 to 24, then sets the fewest spins the wagering can take:

Deposit and bonus

Wagering at 10x, expected cost and spins at the stake limit

Expected value

£20 deposit, £20 bonus

£200 to wager costs about £8, plus £0.80 on the deposit, over 40 spins at £5 or 100 at £2

about £11.20

£50 deposit, £50 bonus

£500 to wager costs about £20, plus £2 on the deposit, over 100 spins at £5 or 250 at £2

about £28

£100 deposit, £100 bonus

£1,000 to wager costs about £40, plus £4 on the deposit, over 200 spins at £5 or 500 at £2

about £56

The 35x block would turn the same deposits into a losing deal. Wagering £700, £1,750 or £3,500 costs about £28, £70 or £140 at the same 4% edge, more than the bonus every time. Good runs also hit the 1x conversion cap: on a £100 bonus, no more than £100 of bonus winnings can become cash, however well the spins go. The stake limits have applied since 9 April 2025 for over-25s and 21 May 2025 for younger adults.

Nobody can price the 50 free spins from the offer page, which gives no value per spin, while their winnings carry 10x wagering within seven days and convert to £500 at most.

The £30 free bet at three odds

The £30 free bet gains value at longer odds, because its stake is not returned. At fair odds such a free bet pays back £30 times the odds minus one, divided by the odds. The figures below also take off 5% twice, an example bookmaker margin, once for the free bet itself and once for the 1x wagering of its winnings:

Odds

Working, with the £10 qualifying bet costing about 50p

Expected value

1.5 (1/2)

£30 × 0.5 ÷ 1.5 = £10, about £9 after margin and wagering, minus 50p

about £8.50

2.0 (evens)

£30 × 1 ÷ 2 = £15, about £13.50 after margin and wagering, minus 50p

about £13

4.0 (3/1)

£30 × 3 ÷ 4 = £22.50, about £20.30 after margin and wagering, minus 50p

about £19.80

The £200 conversion cap only matters on long shots. Free bet winnings pass £200 only at decimal odds above 7.67, so a bettor backing anything at 13/2 or shorter never meets it. TopEndSports adds a separate ceiling of five free bets per account each month.

Bingo match bonus under both readings

Clearing the bingo bonus costs the least of the three, whichever way the headline is read. A £10 bonus at 2x needs £20 of bingo tickets and converts to £30 at most. A £20 bonus needs £40 of tickets and converts to no more than £60. If a room kept 20% of ticket money, an example rate since prize pools differ between rooms, the wagering would cost about £4 or £8. Who counts as a new player for any of these offers is decided across ProgressPlay's network, not by one brand alone.

JeffBet Sister Sites and the Network Bonus Limit

JeffBet sister sites are the other brands on ProgressPlay's licence. The register's domain list for account 39335 showed 192 domain names on 5 November 2026, and 95 of the visible entries were marked white label, www.bluefoxcasino.com among them.

That network shapes who can claim a bonus. The casino terms read "Limited to 5 brands within the network", and the sports terms read "Limited to 1 sport & 5 casino brand/s within the network". TopEndSports takes the sports line to mean one sports welcome bonus per person across the whole ProgressPlay network. Sportsboom goes further and says an existing account at another ProgressPlay casino, BlueFox for example, rules a player out of the casino bonus. The two readings conflict, and the operator's page does not settle them. If you have claimed a welcome deal at any ProgressPlay site before, ask support first, because a bonus refused after the deposit leaves you with the deposit alone.

How Long JeffBet Withdrawals Take

One business day of internal processing comes first, according to the JeffBet payment table on TopEndSports, updated on 4 July 2026. After that the method sets the pace, and every method has a £10 minimum:

  • Neteller. Around one day after approval, which makes it the quickest route on that table.
  • PayPal and Payz. Between 24 and 48 hours once the internal check is finished.
  • Trustly. One to three days, with a limit of £700 on each transaction, so larger sums need several requests.
  • Instant bank transfer and EFT by Swiffy. One to three days after approval, the same window as Trustly.
  • Debit card. Three to seven working days, the slowest option in the list.

A 1% fee, capped at £3, applies to each withdrawal, as both Gambling.com and TopEndSports report. That is 10p on a £10 cash-out and a flat £3 from £300 upwards. Because the cap works per request, splitting money costs more: £2,000 sent through Trustly needs three requests under the £700 limit and costs £9, against £3 for one card withdrawal of the same amount.

Recent player reports run slower than these tables. On Trustpilot, one reviewer wrote on 14 September 2026 that a withdrawal had been pending for almost a week, and another said a request made on 21 July was still pending on 31 August. Gambling.com's reviewer had documents approved within 48 hours, and verification can start before the first deposit or bet. Upload photo ID and a proof of address dated within three months on day one, before any winnings are waiting.

JeffBet Login and the Move to jeffbet.net

jeffbet.net became the brand's main address in a rebrand announced on 16 December 2025, aimed at international markets, according to the press release on GlobeNewswire. That release names the brand's .co.uk address as the previous domain.

The register matches only part of that story, and the addresses in use on 5 November 2026 fall into three groups:

  • Listed and current. jeffbet.net appears in the register as a white-label domain of ProgressPlay, which fits the rebrand.
  • Listed as inactive. www.jeffbet.com, the address most older reviews still quote, is marked inactive on the same list.
  • Not listed. The Log In and Sign Up buttons on the offer page point to jeffbet.casino-pp.net, which was missing from the register's domain list.

Another subdomain, lotteryuk.casino-pp.net, is listed under ProgressPlay, which suggests the login address belongs to the same platform. Compare the address bar with the register entry before typing a password. Skip login links that arrive by email.

What JeffBet Players Report on Trustpilot

JeffBet holds a TrustScore of 1.2 out of a possible 5 on Trustpilot, built from 267 reviews as of 5 November 2026, and 42 of them arrived within the last year. 87% of the ratings are one star and 6% are five stars. JeffBet sends no review invitations, according to Trustpilot's own label, so every rating there was posted on the reviewer's initiative.

Several recent complaints describe the terms working as written. A reviewer on 4 July 2026 said a withdrawal wiped more than £90 of bonus funds, which is the void clause in action. Another, on 25 June 2026, complained that free spin winnings arrived as bonus money. The casino terms do attach 10x wagering to spin winnings. Sportsboom showed a Trustpilot score of 1.5 in March 2026, so the rating has slipped since. For a player who wants all three products behind one login, the 10x casino terms and 2x bingo wagering look fair on paper, and slow payouts are what the reviews hold against the brand.

JeffBet FAQ

No. The jeffbet.com offer page listed no no-deposit bonus on 5 November 2026, only the three welcome deals, each needing a £10 deposit or a £10 qualifying bet. Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded from all of them, so pick a debit card, PayPal or another method for the first payment.

No. TopEndSports reports that the bet £10 get £30 sports offer needs no code, and none of the three offer blocks on jeffbet.com mentions one for the casino or bingo deals. If a bonus does not appear after the first qualifying deposit, raise it with live chat before placing a bet.

No. British players keep gambling wins free of tax "regardless of the amount won", in the words of a Gambling Commission answer on customer winnings. That covers a jackpot from the JeffBet casino, a settled accumulator and a bingo full house alike, whatever the sum.

Yes. Joining GAMSTOP is a condition of holding a remote licence in Great Britain, and ProgressPlay's licence is no exception. One GAMSTOP registration therefore shuts the JeffBet casino, sportsbook and bingo rooms at once, along with the other ProgressPlay brands and every other British-licensed site.

Yes. Gambling.com and TopEndSports both list PayPal for deposits from £10 and for withdrawals, which TopEndSports times at 24 to 48 hours after approval. Unlike Skrill and Neteller, PayPal is not excluded from the welcome offers in the terms shown on the offer page.

Safer Gambling Tools at JeffBet and in Great Britain

JeffBet lets players set daily, weekly or monthly limits on deposits, wagers and losses, according to Gambling.com, along with time-outs of up to 42 days and self-exclusion for 6 to 12 months. Set a deposit limit before claiming any welcome offer, while the decision is still easy to make.

Nobody under 18 can open a JeffBet account. A free GAMSTOP registration closes every UK-licensed gambling site to you for six months, a year or five years. For a conversation rather than a block, the National Gambling Helpline takes free calls on 0808 8020 133 day and night all year, or you can use the GamCare chat, which serves players in Wales, Scotland and England.
